Recipe: Heart-Healthy Blueberry Smoothie

Contrary to what the fancy pants recipe books will tell you, indulgent desserts don't always require hours in the kitchen to make or inches on the waistline to eat. Here's a quick, simple way to pile on the antioxidants and satiate that sweet tooth.

1 scoop Beachbody's Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (unsweetened)
Ice
Add ice and blend. Who knew such fruity deliciousness would be so easy?
